5am morning run. 10 min, around 2km, it might not be long, but it ads up day after day. My morning runs are not about improving my stamina or to push my body, it’s more about pushing my brain and willpower. It also give me a boost to my day!

First real training by myself in a long time, I trained lots of basic combos and 2rev tricks as I need to get back the right touch for these moves. Training too manu extreme tricks without balancing with easier ones ultimately affected my control and stability, so I need to fix the problem. Here is a combo with only 2rev tricks, cool session overall.
